I have a Blackmagic Mini Ursa 4.6k camera. Is that too big for this?
We shoot on a Canon C200 which is in the same ballpark as the Ursa Mini size-wise and I've never felt like we're knocking on the door of too big.

Can the glass part be lowered down, in case i want to shoot straight without teleprompting?
The glass can be removed and replaced but not lowered down like a window. It would not be recommended to remove the glass unless it needed to be replaced.

Will this prompter hold a Canon XF300 Professional camcorder, which is 15" in length and weighs about 6.5 lbs?
Yes, this teleprompter supports most sizes of cameras. It should work fine with a mid sized camcorder like the XF300. You will just want to make sure you are using a sturdy tripod with it that can handle the weight of the prompter and camcorder. Prompter People makes a great, heavy duty tripod for this.
