The light gray GSB-LET/LEG Record Storage Box from Print File is an archival storage box for letter or legal-size file folders. It is constructed from single-wall, B-flute corrugated fiberboard, which has a 1/8" thickness and is acid and lignin-free.
The box features a sturdy two-piece design consisting of the 4 walls and a top, and though it ships flat, it is easily assembled without tools or glue. A small opening on either side serves as a carrying handle. Additionally, the GSB-LET/LEG has passed the Photographic Activity Test (PAT), a worldwide standard for archival quality in photographic enclosures. The test takes from four to six weeks and involves incubating materials in temperature and humidity-controlled chambers to simulate aging, then using instruments to measure fading and staining.
