The utility tub cart arrived in the time period that was given at time of purchase. Upon arrival, I found a piece that was broken in transit. The broken piece affects the look of the cart but does not affect its use. It assembles easily. I am using it as a carwash caddy to keep all my spray bottles, wash rags and brushes all in one place. I have a sloping driveway and the wheel locks keep it from rolling away. It was priced a lot lower than similar carts on the internet. I feel it was a good buy.

Good Small Gear Hauler!

We ordered two of these for hauling around our small production gear between interior locations. They assemble very easily, and work very well. The only downside is that they can be rather noisy when transporting empty. The wheels vibrate around and rattle. So just put a little pressure on the cart, like leaning on it to keep things quiet. Haven't ventured outside with them yet, but I'm assuming they'll be ok. The nice thing is, if the wheels get damaged or wear down, you can buy the replacements and install easily.
