    Savage MIC-DSLR reviews

DSLR Stereo Microphone is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from I take my first review back!!!!! Do not buy this mic. While I was pleased with the small light weight size, and that it came with a wind jammer. I tested it at home without any audio problem. However when I was filming out in the field in a house this mic could pic up electronic interference (it sounded like it was next to a power line), I couldn't hear it with my ears alone, but I could hear it through my mic and headphones. It's to bad because I thought for the money it was a good buy, but the humming and buzzing noise in certain area's really kill this mic. Do not buy this mic

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the money I like the size (it's really small); light weight, it comes with a windjammer, and it's very affordable. These were the main reason's why I bought two. The sound quality is satisfactory, it's not the best but it's diffidently not the worst either. I wasn't expecting much considering this company specializes in backdrops for photography, they did a decent job. If you are a guy or gal who is on a shoe string budget then this will be more than enough, but if you can afford more than please buy something higher end. Once I save enough I will be buying a rode. I am using this for a friends wedding (it's a free shoot, doing it as a wedding gift.) I will be making a video review on the tube within two months so please check it out.
