Designed to provide ballistic protection, the tan 499 PivLock Echo Max Elite Eyeshield from Smith Optics offers protection for your eyes in a frame designed for use with or without over-the-ear hearing protection or communications systems. These eyeshields feature high quality optics designed to provide a distortion-free wide field of view using Tapered Lens Technology (TLT), thin moldable alloy temples, anti-fog and scratch resistant lens coatings, and 100% protection from UVA/B/C rays.

PivLock Lens Interchange Technology allows you to change out the clear, gray, and Ignitor lenses quickly. The eyesheild meets MIL-STD 31013 and ANSI Z87.1 standards and provides a medium fit and coverage. FreeFloat lens technology reduces any stress imposed on the lens from reaching the frame.
