Can I to send line in audio (headphone out of a switcher) through the irig2 to a cell phone call? Secondly, can the audio from the other party be extracted via the AMP out of the irig2?
Asked by: Stephen
While, technically, yes the iRig 2 will be used as a headset in this case (Sending the 1/4" input to the person on the phone and receiving signal from the caller via headphone and a 1/4" output). The person using the iRig 2 cannot hear themselves while they talk. A mixer is best suggested for this configuration. Asked by: Curtis
I can use it with my iPhone 7+ but I had to change an audio setting. I have some hearing loss, so in settings-accessibility-audio/visual I just had to switch "mono" to off.
