When this is connected to the camera, does the camera battery door just hang open? How is the door secured?
The battery door has to be closed for the camara to work. There is a small cover on the right side of the camera when you are looking at it fr behind. Lift out that little tab to allow the cord from the battery to come out and not interfere with closing the battery door.
