The fully managed M4100-D10-POE 48+2-Port Fast Ethernet Switch from NETGEAR operates on Layer 2 of the network and offers extensive routing functionality allowing network administrators to manage nearly every aspect of the network. With a 16K MAC address table size and up to 100 Gbps switching fabric the switch can handle a large amount of bandwidth to ensure virtually lag free connectivity. The network is even future proof as this managed switch comes compatible with IPv6 networking standards.
