It offers a max resolution of 300 x 600 dpi and can print photos from 4 x 8" to 8 x 12" using a roll feed method that enables speeds of 35 seconds in simplex and 135 seconds in duplex. Also, options for photo books and calendars enable specialized print sizes of 8 x 10.75" and 8 x 10.5" in duplex mode. The printer also has a high-speed mode for increased speed and has a buffer for two images. Additionally, it has USB 2.0 connectivity for connecting to a computer.

Bundled with the printer is DNP's mini photobook software which provides users with an intuitive method of creating and printing their own photo books. It can fully integrate with DNP's Hot Folder Print setting and it can pull images from a memory card, USB drive, and other storage options. There are multiple sizes available as well, including 4 x 4", 4 x 8", 6 x 8", and super panoramic 4 x 16".

Hi Diana, No there is a separate media for the DS80 and for the DS80DX printer. You can use DS808x10 or DS808x12 media for the DS80 printer. For the DS80DX duplex printer, you can use DS80D8x10C or DS80D8x12 media.
