Does anyone know if EP-16 will also fit older M5's? 2 months and I already lost my M5 OEM eyecup, Now I'm looking for a replacement with more rubber. Wish an aftermarket option was available, or Oly would remedy their weak connector...maybe this will be a tigher fit.

No, this eyecup will not be usable on the first version of the E-M5.

Will this large eyecup blocks the way of the Fn1 button?

It actually help to get access the Fn1 button. It does rise the distance between the eye and the viewfinder. Just get it you will see.
