The PWR-9 includes a fixed 9' cable with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug, while the surge protector offers a line to neutral design, which not only protects, but offers filtering for noise elimination. The meter displays current, voltage, and power draw, while the built-in circuit breaker prevents overloads.
