Would this Grid Also work on the newly released 24 OCF Beauty Dish?
It fits, and works, but there is a down side.Every Beauty Dish has a soft area (the area which is covered by the deflector plate) and hard area (the area which is !not! covered by the deflector plate). If the grid is used with just the Beauty Dish, then it shows the grid pattern in the hard area (because its 50, and made for a softbox rather than a Beauty Dish). This can only be avoided by using it in conjunction with the diffuser (sock) - but than, its a little octa and not a Beauty Dish anymore. ;(Like it anyway.

It doesn't. There is no adapter for the OCF products. The RFI line of softboxes does have a Alien Bees mount.
