The neon yellow Eco Flare LED Light from Princeton Tec is designed as a lightweight, compact light for outdoor and underwater use. The Eco Flare has two light modes and can be set to a constant, high-output mode for use as a personal locator light, or to a flashing red LED mode for low-visibility situations. The LED bulb will burn for 500 hours on 2 AAA alkaline batteries.
