Difficult to sync
Everytime a new script is sent, this remote has to be re-programmed. Sometimes it doesn't work. I wish that the Reel People who make ICue would design their own remote that has a battery which can be changed. They are very nice about helping if you get them during weekday business hours, but be sure to allow yourself plenty of time (at least 24 hours) to get the kinks out before you need to use this teleprompter remote. Some functions don't work, i.e. the speed. You have to program the speed yourself on the I-pad, not through the remote. If you have a last-minute audition, don't buy this teleprompter and expect it to work immediately. There's a learning curve.

Broken
The USB plug broke on the second use, even with normal to gentle wear, the plug broke and pushed right in. Useless.
