I purchased the 76 for a Leica Q2 based on online reviews, there's enough space for other accessories - like a Profoto light and strap.

Nice material, size is great and thick enough for a few of my cameras or other stuff. Seems well-made. I have owned many pouches and bags but this one is one of my favourites. Classy looks and highly recommended !

I’m a big fan of Artisan and Artist products, in fact, my messenger that I use for work is a repurposed A&A camera bag, and my go to traveling strap for the Q is an A&A silk rope strap. I decided to try the Artisan & Artist ACAM-76. [It’s pretty much exactly what I was looking for except one thing, which I will get into. It is lightly padded so as to be not so bulky. It is just big enough to fit the Leica Q with hood, thumb’s up, and Lim’s half case well. I prefer my cameras to sit on the bottom plate while in the bag, rather than resting on the LCD. Anyway, there is even a little extra room for a trap in there. The only thing is that the bottom of the case is not very well padded. There is a thin piece of foam, but not enough for my wild and careless carrying. So I just added some more pieces of foam in the bottom to beef up the protection. It closes down just enough with everything in there. The only thing about this case I do not care for is the method of closure. Rather than a zipper or Velcro, the bag wraps with an elastic band. While secure It doesn’t really fit for need to have it open quickly and grab the camera out. What I’m thinking of doing instead, is taking it to a tailor and have them sew some Velcro strips on the top and removing the elastic band. Then the case might be perfect.

I purchased this for use with my Leica Q2 and it is just ok. Not a lot of padding and the elastic band is fiddly to use. This is basically a reusable lunch bag with 1/4 of the insulation.

Will this fit a Leica Q with lens hood?
I think so, but I'm not 100% sure. I'm able to fit in a Leica M3 (or 6), with 35 summicron and a 50 summicron in there fine.
