The Dublin TCX115B-R-WH 15" Band-Pass Weather-Resistant Subwoofer from Turbosound is a dual-ported band-pass enclosure that is optimally tuned for extended low-frequency response and offers 4000W of peak power. Engineered to work in conjunction with Turbosound loudspeaker-management systems, this subwoofer provides a high-output FOH performance and is suitable for a wide range of music and live sound-reinforcement applications.
The band-pass subwoofer features a double-suspension 15" low-frequency driver that utilizes an inside/outside wound voice coil for higher magnetic density, efficient heat dissipation, high power-handling capacity, and efficient performance. The low-distortion band-pass design utilized in the subwoofer reinforces the bass musical-instrument frequencies, and steep cut-off slopes ensuring an effective acoustic transition for use with Dublin-series full-range loudspeakers.
Constructed from 0.6” (15mm) birch plywood, the cabinet features a matte-white textured paint, and includes internal M10 threaded rigging points that allow it to be suspended in permanent installations. The rear panel features a sealed captive cable and gland for added protection from the elements. The weatherized paint, zinc-plated grille with outdoor powder coat, and weather-resistant coated drivers deliver an IP54-rated package that is suitable for outdoor use.
