The HG900 Counterweight Set for Ronin from DJI is used to properly balance front-heavy camera setups with the Ronin 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer. The assembly attaches to the rear of the camera mounting platform and includes three separate weight blocks. In addition to front-heavy camera setups, adding weight to the rear is also useful to help balance out the weight of a wireless follow focus unit.

HG900 Counterweight Set for Ronin is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jury-rigged use with Ronin-M I had hoped to use this as intended (and by intended I refer to a schematic I found on an Australian camera web site as there is zero documentation with the product or online at DJI), however, it does NOT fit the Ronin-M. The part that the rods screw into is too wide when mounted at the rear of the receiver (and that's the only place it's intended to go) and it blocks properly installing the camera mounting plate. However, with the addition of a single, small flat washer, I was able to attach a weight block (and you would be able to stack up to all three with the included long screws) using one of the small screws from beneath the camera mounting plate through the rear mounting hole. The weight blocks remained tightly attached, sitting on the plate just behind my 7D mkII with 16-35 zoom, with the lens support at last properly mid-lens (and not interfering with the zoom or focus rings). With the weight blocks, I was finally able to balance the tilt axis. Were I to add a follow focus or glass filters, I can now easily add the additional weight block behind my camera on the mounting plate. This has proven to be a great solution for me.
