With advanced features and blazing fast print speeds of up to 42 ppm, the imageCLASS LBP6780dn Monochrome Laser Printer from Canon will be able to satisfy the needs of many small- to medium-sized businesses. The black and white unit can print at 600 x 600 dpi, though Canon's technology will make this appear to be the same quality as a 1200 x 1200 dpi print. Also, it has automatic duplex printing capabilities at speeds up to 20.5 ppm. Another fast aspect of the LCP6780dn is the ability to produce the first print in less than 9 seconds.
Other capabilities of this printer include direct printing from a USB device and a variety of different modes. Paper handling is possible through either a 500-sheet input tray or 100-sheet multipurpose tray, which can hold paper from 3 x 5" to 8.5 x 14" in size. Also, it has a 100,000 page monthly duty cycle for durability along with standard USB 2.0 and Ethernet connectivity.
