Get GPS-guided navigation and advanced cycling training capabilities with the Edge 810 Cycling Computer and GPS Navigator from Garmin. This touchscreen cycling computer is designed for cyclists who don't want to choose between using a navigator or a comprehensive training device—it's both. The 810 comes with a built-in basemap and is compatible with optional detailed street or TOPO maps, so it can guide you during touring, commuting, or other activities requiring onboard navigation. Because it's GPS-supported, the Edge 810 is designed to provide accurate data and navigation anywhere in the world.
In addition to its mapping and navigation capabilities, the 810 also tracks and records more than 70 points of cycling data, such as distance, ascent/descent, grade, and more. Create a personalized activity profile by customizing the data fields based on your cycling activity, such as road, mountain, or touring. You can switch activity profiles with a swipe of the touchscreen.
The Edge 810 enables you to record your ride data and wirelessly share it in real time through your smartphone and the Garmin Connect Mobile app. Garmin Connect is a free online community that lets you store and analyze your riding data and interact with other Garmin product users. To upload and share your riding information, install the Garmin Connect Mobile app to your compatible smartphone. Once the app is installed, the Edge 810 can wirelessly send data to your smartphone using Bluetooth. To upload your riding information to Garmin Connect manually, plug the included USB cable into your Edge's mini-USB port and connect it to a compatible computer. In addition to storing and sharing your data, Garmin Connect Mobile can also be used to send real-time weather reports, alerts, and forecasts to your Edge 810.
The Edge 810 is designed to mount to your bike's handlebars or stem for easy visibility and access. Attach the included standard mount to the desired location on your bike and then snap the Edge 810 into the mount to secure it. The Edge's rechargeable battery lasts up to 17 hours on a full charge, so you can ride longer without having to recharge the device. Additionally, it's designed to be waterproof and can withstand incidental exposure to water of up to 3.3' for up to 30 minutes.
Track Every Detail
The 810 records your distance, speed metrics, ascent/descent, grade, and more. Take your training farther with ANT+-compatible sensors that measure your heart rate, speed/cadence, and power. Activity profiles let you customize data fields and device settings based on cycling activity, such as training or racing.
Edge 810 works like the GPS navigator you use in your car, only with maps and features specifically designed to help you find your way by bike. Whether you have a specific destination in mind, or just a distance you want to ride, Edge 810 gives you the freedom to know you can find your way.
Garmin Cycling Maps are preloaded onto the Edge 810. These bike-specific maps are designed to help you get from point A to point B and back again. Search for points of interest and Edge 810 will give you turn-by-turn directions to your destination.
Pair your Edge 810 with the Garmin Connect Mobile app on a compatible smartphone to get real-time weather conditions, forecasts, and alerts sent to your device. Your smartphone stays safe and dry, while the weather data you need is right at your fingertips.
Garmin Connect Mobile
When you pair your Edge 810 with the Garmin Connect Mobile app on a compatible smartphone you can share all the details of your ride in real time.
Live Tracking lets friends and family follow your races and training activities in real time on Garmin Connect.
Cyclists can turn every ride into a race by competing on Garmin Connect segments and seeing real-time results, including alerts for segment start/finish and leaderboard rankings.
With the Edge 810, you can choose between cycling, tour cycling, and mountain biking modes to calculate the most appropriate route for the type of cycling you want to do.
When paired with a dual-sensing Vector power meter, Edge 810 displays Garmin's Cycling Dynamics metrics. These metrics measure where the power is being applied throughout the pedal stroke, and where on the pedal it is being applied, allowing the cyclist to understand his or her particular way of riding.
Edge Remote Integration
Control your Edge 810 without removing your hands from the handlebar with the separately available Edge Remote Control. The 3-button Edge Remote Control uses ANT+ wireless connectivity to mark laps and scroll through pages.
Shimano Di2 Integration
The Edge 810 can integrate with separately available Shimano Di2 shifting systems to display your current gear on the screen. Users with compatible and separately available Shimano Dura Ace Di2 systems can directly control their Edge 810 from the small buttons inside the brake hoods.
