CL2 is NOT the cable for line-level. This cable is used to connect a dynamic microphone.

Can I use one receiver for several AVX transmiters? Or do I need an audio mixer?
Asked by: Radim
According to the Documentation, using one receiver for several transmitters or vice-versa does NOT work (due to systems being point-to-point). It's found in the documentation on-line. Although I have not tried myself to verify. Hope this helps.

How to get line-level into the AVX? When I use the CL440 or CL2 cable it is mic-level and so very distorted.
Asked by: Benno
What you will have to do is. Go into the menu on the transmitter to Sensitivity. It will probably be set -6dB drop it down till about -12dB and see if that does it. Either way you have to reduce the sensitivity and then compensate from the receiver by bringing up the AF out. AF out will be the output level to the camera.
