Would this be useful as an iPhone/mobile light? Would it work on the Tether Tools Accessory Bar?

Honestly, I bought this on an impulse and haven't used it much. It's certainly small/light enough to be part of your mobile kit, but I don't know the TetherTools. I will say that it's output isn't highly variable, so you might find yourself moving it for best effect.

What is the max output of the light in Lumens?

Manfrotto does not list a lumen count with this light, which is common with LED like this. However it has 6 lamps and is small in size, it is meant to be some extra fill and is not a powerful light.

No. Plugging in a USB cable that is powered will shut off the light.
