    Hikvision DS-7216HGHI-SH reviews

Turbo Series 16-Channel 1080p HD-TVI DVR with No HDD is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Very Happy With Hikvision and their DS-7216HGHI-SH Model I called Hikvision Support twice before I purchased this DS-7216HGHI-SH DVR. Both times I got a live support person on the phone in a very reasonable wait time. After purchasing and installing the DVR, we only downloaded manuals, and viewing software. I view cameras on my HDTV TV, and Windows 10 computer, while my business partner, views them on his smartphone, Kindel, Ipad, and home computer. We are both happy with Hikvision and their products. Myself, I use a Logitech Master Wireless mouse plugged into the rear USB Port, and my home theater programable remote control to watch cameras on my HDTV. I find it better to plug the wireless mouse transmitter into the back USB port. Of course the mouse on my coffee table is the fastest way do do setups, but using my Home Theater programable remote while, I am watching TV, works great for a quick view of whats going on around the property. Because I use my HDTV as the monitor connected to the DVR, I am able to use my programable remote to control the DVR which is in the same room as my Home Theater.
