Key Features
  • Receives 4K HDMI up to 230'
  • Receives Power over HDBaseT
  • Bidirectional IR Control
  • Includes IR Emitter
Use the Atlona 4K/UHD HDMI Over HDBaseT Receiver with Control and PoE (70m) to convert an incoming HDBaseT signal to HDMI and connect it to a display or projector. This receiver offers connections for HDMI video and audio, bidirectional IR control, and RS-232 control all over a single HDBaseT connection. HDBaseT is advantageous as it allows for longer cable distances than HDMI alone, while carrying other important signals along a single cable. 4K HDMI resolutions are supported, as is HDCP 2.2 in order to play protected high-resolution content. As this receiver accepts downstream power using the HDBaseT connection, no separate power supply is required.

We used 100' Cat 6A cable and the transmitter and receiver wouldn't link. Tried a 50' at floor level and they locked. Put the cable above the drop ceiling and they didn't lock. Extron and Crestron units using the same cables work fine.

Bought my first set a little more than a year ago, had a power supply fail so couldn't find just the power supplies, so I just bought new ones. Product does what is supposed to, works fine, simple enough setup

I had bought a cheaper unit by a different company and the sound would not work from the cable box. This Atlona unit works great. Only complaint is that you have to purchase a separate Infra-red piece for over $100.

Bought this kit along with Comprehensive Cat 6 200' patch cable to connect HD cameras to class room for training and worked great. Tried to find barrel connectors to power transmitters with USB batteries, no luck yet. These things are built like a tank, need to be careful with connectors though in ENG mobile conditions.
