Decent Rig - Please note the Fuji Flash Issues

I should have read the reviews before my impulse buy. The flash does not trigger (Nissin and Godox) and the flash must be directly in the camera's hot shoe to trigger via the camera shutter. The receiver to the side. Certainly wouldn't have expected this behavior with the Fuji pins being part of the Captur receiver. This seems an odd functional design issue. What are the pins even there for? For the likely duties I would use this for, I can work around it but it seems strange for a modern piece of gear.

question

Will this work with the Sony a7R?
Asked by: Margaret
Yes, the two modules will work as described, and if it's the shutter of camera that you will be releasing remotely (rather than triggering a flash remotely), then you will need to connect the receiver module to the micro-USB port of the camera with the correct cable (from the two provided).
