The modular smoke Bolton Street Camera Backpack from ONA holds a DSLR, five lenses, a 13" laptop, and accessories. Select laptops with a 15" diagonal screen size and a width up to 13.5" will fit as well. This handcrafted backpack is made of water-resistant canvas and features leather accents. The backpack has one large compartment that is divided into a top half and bottom half by a large padded divider. There are three additional dividers for configuring the spaces within the top and bottom halves of the bag specifically for your gear.

The top half of the backpack features a zippered enclosure that can hold a DSLR and three lenses. The bottom half features left and right zippered side-access panels that lead into one compartment, which can accommodate a camera with an attached lens. A padded divider can be used to divide this bottom compartment into two separate spaces, and a lens can be stored on each side. All the internal dividers can be removed from the backpack and both top and bottom compartments can be combined into one space. The Bolton can be carried using the adjustable padded backpack straps, or the grab handle on top.

A zippered pouch on the front of the backpack holds basic accessories
Back zippered compartment holds 13" and some 15" laptops
Built-in organizer in back compartment has two leather CF memory card pockets, two open slip pockets that fit a smartphone, and three pen slots
Air-mesh padded back panel for comfort and breathability

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious and comfy camera bag I'm currently a student and I also try to travel as often as I can. I purchased the ONA Bolton because my main travel bag recently broke. As a student, I can take the dividers in the main compartment out and put in all my books, along with an external laptop fan. The back compartment holds a 15 Retina pro, and can also fit a few more folders. For camera things, I can fit my smaller Nikon d5000 along with 7 or 8 different lenses. Overall the structure of the bag is very sturdy, so the middle bottom will not collapse. It keeps the weight evenly distributed on the straps, which are mesh and padded. This bag is quite pricey for a student like me, and ONA made sure it met expectation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A huge disappointment Yes, the bag is sturdy and functional but I mostly bought it for street photography and the ability to use the zippered side-access panels but the zippers of the side-access panels are extremely extremely difficult to close. I want easy and smooth access to my camera and I want to be able to put it away quickly. Have these people from ONA ever tried to use one of their own bags for street photography? This is a backpack for transporting cameras, not one to carry cameras that you actually will be using. Extremely disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great bag, horrible straps I use the bag for urban traveling or when in tourist model. Great bag. Very properly made. I have no doubt the bag itself will last a long time. Now with that said there is a HUGE con. The straps are worthless. There are no padding on them. Anything more than a two lens setup, you shoulders are going to hurt after a couple of hours of use. There are no support of any other sort to alleviate the pressure. Fix this and this would have been a very excellent bag. Or else I do not believe this bag justify it's price. If I can't use it comfortably, I wouldn't use it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent but READ. This misleading image shows a view of the side zippers but the actual bag is different. in my bag- the smoke Bolton, there's the weird protection cloth that renders the quick access completely slow and "buggy". the bag in these photos (Smoke Bolton) IS NOT the bag delivered to me. It's very similar, just with slow access instead of the quick one. otherwise extremely well made and beautiful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Crazy Price, Decent Bag Beautiful bag, fits my two cameras nicely plus room for 6-7 lenses and my laptop. Also has a roomy front pocket and modified the side pockets to fit my gimbal. Zippers are somewhat firm and annoying to zip/unzip. Shoulder straps are eh in terms of comfort but the bag is very well made. It's like 75% of the time I love this bag, the other 25% I am like $400? Seriously? But I was looking for a canvas style camera backpack and given that the ONA is beautiful and roomy, I'll be keeping it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice backpack but...... Terrible zippers as some have mentioned. Makes no sense that at this price they didn't use YKK zippers, returned it and purchased a PRVKE 21 backpack - love it love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Bag!! I am a ONA bag fan! This is my third. I have a gray Brixton and a Congac leather Bowery. The Bolton is yet another high quality and photog functional bag that I don't regret choosing as my travel photog backpack. I am looking forward to travelling to Hawaii with it in July. I will use it along with a carry on luggage, so hope to place the Bolton under the seat in front of me. And I read reviews that it is a perfect size for under the seat. The few things worth mentioning is that the color is darker than the image, so more like a kahki, but still beautiful. And the side access openings, because they are so secure with the flap, can be a bit trying to zip close. I expect this to get easier with wear. Overall.. if you are looking for a durable, cool looking, non-camera looking, backpack, the Bolton is the one!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from One small flaw I got this backpack about a month ago now, I havent used it on any extended trips, but I find the zipers to be very frustratingly hard to open. It often is a struggle and overall limits the usability of it. That said, once open, its great. All the dividers can be taken out and rearranged with velcro so it can be spaced out to perfectly fit all your items.
