    ONA ONA5-008RT Reviews

The Camps Bay Backpack (Field Tan, Canvas/Leather) is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just OK So ive been looking for the perfect camera bag for some time and I dont think this is it. I really like the way it looks and the materials are nice. Lots of room in the camera section which is great. Decent amount of room in the upper department. The side pockets are pretty much worthless (which i saw on someone else's review but didnt think i would be that bad) but they are way too tight and you cant see anything you put in there. The front pocket is also very tight and hard to see what you put in it. Im suprised there is no CF or SD card pocket either. Its kind of a style over function which I kind of knew what I was getting into. Im just being critical because for the price I feel like there could be more features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WOW what a bag! very large, all my gear fits in. the most beautiful bag ever! very well made, feels strong and robust. looking great (yeah, said that already, but it looks so fine i have to say it again :)) comfortable on the back even when fully loaded. only 2 Cons - the small front accessory pocket - too small and not so easy to fill & take things out of it, same goes for the side pockets, although my tripod does squeeze in them :) take your time thinking on the best inside arrangement of equipment - makes it easier to get out what you need, when you need it. pricey, but worth it, i think.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally the Ultimate backpack! This is to date my answer to the ultimate, all purpose backpack. I had it for only a week, but I did load it down & went on a few hikes. I love that it will handle up to a heavy 17 MacBook Pro, I will be using the 13 MacBook. I was able to load my Nikon D3 with the 70-200mm mounted, 24-70mm, 2-teleconvertors, 85mm 1.8, 16mm fisheye and still had room for more prime lenses, OWC external HD. The front pocket is good for extra batteries, memory cards & reader. The top compartment is handy for chargers, cables & other personal stuff. I like that it doesn't look like a camera bag. The 2-side pockets could be little larger to handle small lenses. My next step is to decide what I want to carry & not be too heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and practical When I first saw this bag online I fell in love with it. I was actually looking for a bag for my MacBook Pro, but when I found this it seemed perfect (I have a canon 550d and 4 good lenses that I use for filming). I was a bit concerned at the size (I'm a girl, and it looked quite big and masculine), so I was worried at spending so much for something that might not look good on. Although it is quite big, I don't think it would be as practical any smaller. The waxed canvas is gorgeous, and it feels like a really solid, reliable bag. The dividers are removable (perfect for me, as I don't always need my camera gear and sometimes just want to bring my laptop with other stuff) if a little tricky to use (the velcro is super adhesive, which is probably a good thing to be honest). I have gotten a few scratches on it in so far, but it just adds character to the bag, so it's no problem. Even with my 4 heavy lenses, camera, MacBook Pro, accessories, and other junk, it doesn't feel heavy at all on my back. Maybe a little masculine for my taste, but practicality and quality wins here. The best part is, it doesn't look like a camera or laptop bag. Everyone I have shown it to so far has loved it and wants one. If you want something that looks good, give protection for many products, and are happy to spend a little extra, I would say this is a must!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GREAT bag if you don't need many pockets After researching camera bags across the internet, I went with the Camps Bay backpack. It is stylish and non-camera bag-like, and it fits a modest amount of gear. In addition, it feels good to wear for long periods of time. I knew going into this purchase that the Camps Bay had its down-sides. For one, it is light on pockets. There is a front pocket that faces out, and that is excellent for small devices, cords, SD cards, and the like. In addition, there are two side pockets that are a complete joke. The padding inside the bag is luxurious and sweet. This is a wonderful bag for protection and compartmentalization. In addition, there is a nice compartment above the camera area that can hold personal belongings. I knew all of these things going in so I was VERY happy with what I got, but if you have a lot of small knick-knacks, you are basically screwed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent bag but a little pricey I just received this bag from B&H today and got all of my gear packed into it without any issues. I was able to fit my D700 with L-bracket, 14-24mm & 24-70mm lenses, battery charger, black rapid strap, several extra memory cards, flash light, 15 inch MBP and charger, Bose QC-15 headphones, and a flip video HD camera without any issues. I still have room for 2-3 more lenses as well. The bag allows for many different configurations due to the Velcro dividers and has sufficient padding to ensure your gears stays protected. The bag as sufficient padding for the shoulders and bag. Quality of the bag seems to be fairly high but time will tell if the canvas and leather stand up to the test of time. Overall I'm very happy with the bag, however I feel as though the price was a little steep for what it is and that's my reason for 4 out of 5 stars. If you can afford it, definitely pick one up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and fashion bag After a couple day of getting the backpack, I went to a NYC trip with it. Carry inside the main camera compartment a D800 with 35mm f/1.4 lens attached. Also, the 16-35mm f/4, 85mm f/1.4, 135mm f/2. Top compartment I had SB-900, flashlight, sunglasses, cleaning products and filters. Walking in the city with this bag was a breeze. Very comfortable and doesn't even look like a camera bag. I also have a ONA Brixton, and love the quality of ONA bags. Weight of the bag with the gear was not an issue. Practical and fashionable bag. Highly recommended.
