How does this work? My friend gave me this and I don't know how to use it. I have the white box attached to the black case that rolls up around it but really clueless how it's supposed to work.

To control and fully utilize your QardioArm, you must download and install the Qardio App on your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone. The Qardio App offers several useful features and helpful insights, such as the PLACES tool, which allows you to geo-track your blood pressure across multiple locations. The FRIENDS AND FAMILY function helps you create a support network by allowing others to follow you, which can lead to better health outcomes. Additionally, you can set reminders and notifications and track your statistics to stay on top of your heart health. Qardio A100QI Specs: Measurement Method Oscillometric with automatic inflation and controlled pressure release valve Measurement Range Blood Pressure: 40 - 250 mmHg Using your QardioArm is simple. Unroll the arm band. This will automatically switch on the QardioArm. Gently pull the tab, opening the arm band and slide your arm through. Position the QardioArm device on the inside of your upper arm, about an inch or 2cm above the joint of your elbow. The Qardio logo should be pointing down, towards your hand. Fit the QardioArm snuggly in place; not too tight. Rest your arm on a flat surface, for example on a table, with your palm facing upward; QardioArm should be at the same height as your heart. It's that easy, you are now ready to use your QardioArm. To remove the QardioArm, unfasten the velcro to loosen the arm band. Slide your arm out of the cuff and wrap the cuff back around the device. Once you have closed your QardioArm it will then turn off on its own after a few minutes. In order to preserve battery life, it is important to properly wrap your QardioArm cuff after use.
