Yes, the Phottix Speed Ring for Bowens Flash Heads BH #PH82590 is compatible with the Elinchrom Litemotiv 120cm Parabolic Softbox. BH #ELLM120. However it is highly recommended that the Elinchrom Speed Ring be used for this large Softbox to ensure proper control and balance of the studio strobe and Softbox. BH #ELLMBB
