question

How fast is the transfer rate? And how fast is can this read/write?
Asked by: Lisa
The USB 3.0 transfer is much faster than UBS 2.0. For example; a 4 gb file copies in about 30 seconds. This Docking Station also clones hard drives. It is easy to clone the contents of one drive onto another within the docking station without out computer interface. I have not cloned any hard drives, but the length of transfer would be based on the sized and performance of the hard drive used. I found this docking station to be simple, reliable and easy to use.
