this is the older version? why is more expensive than mkII ?
This is a newer version and has six extra-low dispersion elements. The Mark II version is actually older and only has 1 extra low dispersion element.

question
While this lens has an insane largest aperture, I see that it is neither autofocus, nor stabilized, and it costs nearly twice the Sony equivalent that has both those features. Can you provide reasons why I would buy this lens over that one to pair with the new A6300?
Quality of the images and ability to film in moonlight level low illumination. There are other f/.95 lenses, but they cost almost twice as much as this one for marginal improvement in image quality. This lens is heavy (I almost dropped mine when I first handled it due to the unexpectedly heavy weight. This is a quality piece of gear.I'm not familiar with the Sony equivalent, but I can say that stopped down, this is a VERY sharp lens. But the magic is that it can do things no other lens in this price range can do: film in near darkness, provide extreme shallow DoF, giving a VistaVision appearance to the images recorded.

question
Will this lens work on the Sony A7Rii with complete functionality or limited in crop mode?
The Mitakon Zhongyi 35mm f/0.95 Lens for Sony E would fit onto the E-mount used on the Sony Alpha a7RII Mirrorless Digital Camera. However, as the lens' imaging circle is designed for APS-C sensor cameras, you would either have to use the lens in the APS-C crop mode, or if using the full sensor, you would have a large dark vignette around the edge of the image where the rear of the lens is blocking the outside edges of the sensor.
