Designed to fit the Arca p0 Ball Head, the DDY-60p0 Discal Clamp from Sunwayfoto features 3.7 oz lightweight aluminum fabrication, integrated bubble level and a calibration scale on its Arca-type compatible receiver. Safety grooves inside the receiver prevent inadvertent release while Sunwayphoto has also thoughtfully extended the knurled, quick-turn, tightening/locking handle to provide extra room to work with wide cameras. The clamp's corrosion-resistant finish neatly matches the Arca head it was designed for.

Satin anodized surface finish for abrasion and corrosion resistance
Built-in bubble level
3/8"-16 mounting thread with 1/4"-20 bushing adapter

DDY-60p0 Discal Clamp for Arca p0 Ball Head is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice clamp for an arca-swiss p0 A very nice clamp, but the description misses a couple of things. First of all this is NOT a hollowed out design as stated here and on the manufactures website. Most of sunwayfoto's clamps are though. Not being hollowed out isn't a bad thing, it wouldn't work as well an a Arca-Swiss P0 if it were, but if that isn't your intended application then the other sunwayfoto discal clamps will be lighter and thus might be a better choice for you. The other thing is that this uses a quick turn knob so it is a much faster clamp to use. I have older sunwayfoto clamps that do not have this feature, so I suspect this is a unique feature, yet no mention has been made of it. In any case it does what you would expect, a good clamp.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect I bought this for use with the Acra P0 head. It works well, but just a slight turn of the clamp locking knob releases the quick release camera plate, so it bebooves one to make sure the knob is kept fully tighted. I'd be extra careful in keeping the camera mounted on the head while walking around. Or better yet, take off the camera. If Sunwayfoto would have made the 'V' portion of the clamp which grips the plate deeper (as with Arca, Wimberley, and RRS clamps)then I would have given it 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best option/value for the Arca p0 I was really happy to see that Sunwayfoto decided to make a clamp specifically for the Arca p0 ball head. Fits perfectly, the longer knob clears the panning tensioner knob on the Arca p0. Additionally, it also has more secure longer jaws than the Sunwayfoto 64mm discal clamp that many of us with the Arca p0 were using. Really a well-made piece of equipment. Use a good quality medium-duty threadlock when moutning to the Arca p0 and you'll have no problems.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good value but... Works as it should so I will just mention one thing to keep an eye on. The clamp has very coarse thread's so doesn't really clamp the camera plate very tightly ( on the plus side you can open it very quickly ) Any accidental pressure on that long screw handle will allow your plate/camera to loosen and fall to the ground, assuming you don't have safety stops installed on your plate.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comes loose constantly! The threads are too coarse on the clamp so it will not maintain it's clamping force on a variety of plates. Make sure you have safety stops on your plates! Otherwise it's reasonably well made and is the right diameter on the p0. No I wouldn't buy it again and will probably see how far I can throw it eventually.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect - but be caredul This clamp works perfectly. Combined with an L bracket, it makes changing from horizontal to vertical very quick - and you do not have to re-level. But watch out - that long knob sticking out might tempt you! Don't turn it unless you have a good grip on your camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommended! Works perfect with my Arca Swiss P0 ball head; the M6 screw is not only supplied but of the right length. I have experience with multiple Sunwayfoto products and they are always well engineered and manufactured. A noticeable feature is the short course for the clamp to tighten it close or to open it. Surprising initially but much more practical.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I use this clamp attached to a Feisol PB 70 Pano Base on top of a Manfrotto 486 ballhead - just perfect ! The clamp (Arca type dovetail) guarantees a 100% secure fit of the Kirk L-bracket on my D800. Can't imagine anything better, faster, easier to use for pano photography !
