question

can you stack them when mounting on the Phantom 4? use one given ND and then the PL on top? will the gimbal support that?
Asked by: Luiz
go for it, don't expect to get your drone back to the ground intact.

question

Does this actually work with the newer DJI Phantom 3 4k drone? There seems to be no way to screw them on because the drone's front lens element is permanently attached, not a removable UV filter. I can't even remove it with pliers.
Asked by: Anonymous
The Phantom 3 4K aircrafts come with a clear UV filter already on it. You will need to unscrew this to attach the filters. The only Phantom 3 model that does not have a removable filter is the Phantom 3 Standard.

question

So these filters fit the Phantom 4 ok?
Asked by: Elton
Yes. Work fine. I did end up ordering a stronger ND from dji for bright sun days.

question

I have a Phantom 3 Pro. I purchased these filters and have tried to install them. I'm having a difficult time removing the original lense from the camera. Can I get some instruction on how to remove it? My fear is if I force it I might damage the camera.
Asked by: Doug
You are right to be careful. Mine was tight too. I held the camera firm so as to not damage the gimbal and gave it a couple tries. Once loose, it's easy! Be careful, but it does unscrew like you'd expect.

question

Is this for the Phantom 3 Standard?
Asked by: Anonymous
As the Phantom 3 Standard does not have threads or a removable lens cover I will say that these are most definitely not compatible with the Phantom 3 Standard. I have owned the P3 Standard for 1 day and returned it due to lack of range but i know the camera is not the same as P3A or P3P

question

Anyone know if they fixed the threading issue? There are lots of reviews on amazon saying that these filters don't have the right threading for the Phantom 3 professional.
Asked by: Devin
These thread very well onto the Phantom 3 Professional or Phantom 3 Advanced. Remember to never force threads on anything, just turn counter clockwise until you can tell the threads are lined up and then turn clockwise until it is finger tight
