You can capture brilliant photos and stunning 4K video of coral, parrot fish, and other denizens of the sea, thanks to Aquatica's A1Dcx Pro Underwater Housing for the Canon EOS-1D C or 1D X DSLR camera. It has a depth rating of 295', which can be upgraded for free to 426'. This version of the housing also includes a pre-installed vacuum check system, which allows you to confirm watertight integrity before the dive. Dual Nikonos connectors enable the attachment of optional external strobes via sync cords.

A standard, coated eyepiece offers a full view of the camera's viewfinder, and the coated Aqua View Finder, also included, offers an enlarged, enhanced view with 100% coverage, corner-to-corner sharpness, and dioptric adjustment. The housing provides access to virtually all camera functions via mechanical controls, and has an ergonomic design with 2 grips that offer improved handling and attachment points for lighting arms. Built for durability, especially resistance to corrosion, the housing is constructed from anodized, machined aluminum and stainless steel.

The A1Dcx Pro ships without a required lens port, though various interchangeable ports are available for wide-angle, macro, and zoom lenses. For complete compatibility details, see the Type 1 Port Chart and Type 4 Port Chart.
