Ideal for heavy cameras and lenses, the COM47AXL Combination Tripod from Benro has an impressive load capacity of 55.1 lb. Its 3-section flip-lock legs extend the base plate up to 70.9", and because there is no center column, the tripod's plate sits just 7.1" above the ground at its lowest setting. The flat mounting plate can be replaced with a variety of Benro accessories such as a leveling bowl, leveling base, or a geared center column. Swapping the plate out does not require the use of any tools.
The legs are made from aluminum alloy, contributing to the large load capacity of the COM47AXL. Both standard and oversized rubber feet are included to add stability on slippery surfaces.
