    Benro TAD27C reviews

TAD27C Series 2 Adventure Carbon Fiber Tripod is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Tripod I needed a new tripod to support a new 600mm lens. This is one well built and sturdy unit. I have had it out for wildlife and waterfall photography and it never let me (or my camera) down.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I was very happy when it came in. Pulled it out and it was super light. Went to pull out the legs and the flip lock looks like very cheap plastic. Pulled all the legs out and set it on the ground just to see how it looks. With no ball head or any weight on it, one leg starts sliding in and the whole tripod starts tilting. I thought, "Ok, I need to tighten that one flip lock". I tighten it a little and it holds just fine. Now putting it away I push the legs in but that one leg that was sliding is tight towards the end and won't go all the way in. I had to push hard to get it to go all the way in. I tried to pull it out again but was super hard. I tried readjusting the flip lock a couple ore time but it was just the same. Well i guess its going back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lighter alternative for my gimbal head I haven't used this tripod in high winds yet, but it seems very stable for my gimbal head and DSLR with 100-400mm lens. I love the flip lock legs and ease of setting up quickly because I walk with it into wildlife areas often. I have a heavier Induro tripod which no doubt is more stable, but I think this Benro is fine for most situations. Time will tell, but it feels well made and I like that it came with additional screw in spike feet and a nice carry bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid tripod Very solid tripod. My c100 MK II and 70-200 2.8 IS pairs nicely with this tripod and a manfrotto fluid head. Legs are light and stable, so it's great for weddings. I like this better than my manfrotto 190cx. The included bag is awesome too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tripod! I returned my Oben and like this much more. Very lightweight, sturdy and easy to operate flip lock legs. Nice to have the hook at bottom and another place to hang gear too! Good decision. Very nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You need this tripod. Certainly the best tripod I've ever purchased. I have had this in water, mud, snow and it works perfectly...just wash off with soap and water, and it's ready to go next time. Very light, I've taken it on 25 mile hikes, no problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Combination of Weight and Stability This tripod is a great combination of light weight and stability. It's height is just right for my 6' frame without having to extend the center pole more than a couple inches. Very pleased with this product.
