On a Gitzo travel series 1 tripod will this support a Sony with 100-400 lens
Asked by: Monica
Yes, the Benro IB2 Triple Action Ball Head is strong enough to support the Sony FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS Len. Best is to use one of these on the lens with that head, https://bhpho.to/3RBU5zm .

How do I adjust the friction and pan? The knobs (including head locking) are extremely tight.
Asked by: Henry
The ball operates with the locking knob and friction-control/tension knob, while the pan-axis uses the separate pan-locking knob. Typically, it operates without much effort. Reach out to us via video live-chat if you are having trouble with it and we should be able to troubleshoot it together. :)

question

Can the Benro IB2 be used with the SIRUI T-1005X Aluminum Tripod. I have the Benro all ready using it on a Induro Monopod . The Benro is great , read up on the SIRUI T-1005X Aluminum Tripod, like the flexibility of a tripod ad the light weight of a travel trip pod. Just don't want to buy another ball head. The price on Sirui tripod and load capabilities also?
Asked by: Elaine
Yes, you can use the Benro IB2 with the Sirui T-1005X.
