    Induro MFP45S reviews

MFP45 Flat Plate for Grand Induro Series 4 and 5 Tripods is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Induro MFP45 Flat Plate Nice to have an extra flat plate to accommodate the use of two different types of ballheads, for fast exchange from one set up to another and not having to look for wrenches to untighten parts while shooting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for second mount I give it 5 stars! I purchased this to mount my gimbal head on so I can quickly exchange between my ball head. Works perfect! Not an expensive investment for what it accomplishes. Very satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Induro 'Monster Tripod' :-) :-) :-) for 3 years + Had to import this from the USA. Not available in the UK. Excellent service, great item. I obviously had one with the tripod, however, I wanted to be able to quick-shift from a Ball Head to a Gimbal Head so if I was going to avoid the risk of crossed threads when in a hurry changing heads then a second plate was the way to go. It achieves exactly what I wanted to do. The Tripod is a 'monster' absolutely brilliant regarding stability, low weight, and functionality. When trusting a Canon 600mm f4 Lens to a tripod, you want the tripod to be strong, stable and bomb proof. I do not visit war zones so I cannot comment from experience regarding bomb proof but the tripod does create the impression it is up for it. I use it a lot on the local hills and mountains. The stability on stupid slopes is incredible due to the extra leg length. The reach and spread allow some fantastic 'bridging' across smaller streams etc. So incredible images are achievable. I consider this plate to be an investment that I am happy to make as it will probably together with the tripod be working for me in 2050. I am sure that it will be in excellent shape then. Although I may not. I have the really hefty tripod, strong as heck but not overly heavy and definitely robust enough to take what the Welsh countryside and coastline throws at it as I go on indulging my Landscape and Wildlife photographic Passions. A second plate was a 'no-brainer' really. The Tripod is an exemplary bit of kit, It has done all I wanted in the last three years I have owned it. These are reassuringly expensive items that will last and last and last. I did not think they made things that way anymore. Well done Induro. pity your stuff is so hard to find in the UK. I bought the Tripod at the National Exhibition Centre during The Photography Show in 2015. Everything works really well, it looks good, I know that some people think it's overkill, but bouncing a 9000.00 Lens on the floor is not an option for me. Hence the choice of the tripod and the word that matters is STABILITY. I get more images exactly as I wanted them to be because I got serious about my choice of tripod. The fact that the quality of manufacture is so good, is a positive for 'Made In The USA'. The spare part fits like the original :-) I enjoy knowing I did the right thing in 2015. I did another in 2018 and unless I lose a plate I won't have to replace anything for the next 50 years or so. Confidence in one's gear is important, not having to make do etc. is relaxing, confidence building and allows one to focus on the subject, the composition and the exposure without any distractions. Need to use the 600mm flip a switch, pull the release off comes the ball head and attached camera and lens. Pick up thGimbal head pop it into place, tighten the flip switch. check lens is balanced. 10 - 20 seconds. Fire away!! :-) Yes, the lack of stress and BP raising aggravation is lovely. I'll probably last longer as a result.
