Entry Period/Methods of Entry. The Sweepstakes will run from on or about November 7, 2016 until on or about December 19, 2016 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. Identity of Winners/Eligible Participants.     The black TLM-102 Large Diaphragm Studio Condenser Microphone from Neumann is a cardioid patter, large diaphragm condenser microphone with the ability to withstand very high sound pressure levels.

    The capsule, with its high SPL rating, permits the recording of percussion, drums, amplifiers, and other very loud sound sources. The microphone is equally capable when recording lower volume sounds due to its very fast transient response. However, its most important applications are in the realm of vocals and speech.

    A slight boost above 6 kHz provides great vocal presence, while below 6 kHz the frequency response is extremely linear for minimal coloration and a clearly defined bass range. The capsule has an elastic suspension for minimizing structure-borne noise, while an integrated pop screen in the grille aids in suppressing plosives in vocal and speech recording.

    The InVision Studio Kit with USM by Rycote is a complete suspension and pop filter system which combines the InVision Studio Universal Shock Mount and Universal Pop Filter in one convenient package - everything you need to capture professional radio-ready recordings free from pops and noise.

    The shock mount supports any microphone with a diameter of 18 to 55 mm and weighing up to 0.88 lb.   • Sound Devices USBPre 2 - Microphone Interface for Computer Audio
    The USBPre 2 from Sound Devices is a high-resolution, portable interface that connects professional microphones, line-level sources, consumer audio electronics and S/PDIF digital sources with Mac OS X and Windows computers via USB. The unit includes two discrete-transistor microphone preamps with 24-bit converters and sampling rates up to 192kHz. The preamp topology is shared with the company's premier 744T digital audio recorder and includes peak limiters, high-pass filters, and a 15dB pad for overload protection.

    The interface is a class-compliant audio device, allowing for simple plug-and-play connection to computers running Mac OS X, Windows and Linux operating systems. There are no drivers to install and no software-only features, with all additional controls and settings available on back panel DIP switches. The USB port also provides power to the unit, both when connected as an audio interface and when used in stand-alone operation. All analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion is performed by the USBPre 2.

    When used in stand-alone mode, the unit operates as a high-quality, portable microphone preamplifier and analog-to-digital converter. Incoming digital signals are converted to analog and available at the headphone, XLR and RCA outputs. This mode is a great option when an additional microphone preamplifer, A-D converter, or D-A converter is required.
