The R90 90mm f/5.6 Doublet Refractor Telescope from iOptron features a doublet achromatic lens system with their proprietary anti-reflection fully multicoated optics to produce images with reduced chromatic and spherical aberrations for clear and bright images without distortion across the entire field of view, with true color rendition. This is a versatile optical tube assembly that can be employed as a simple grab-and-go primary telescope, or as a terrestrial spotting scope. It has a fast f/5.6 focal length which makes it ideal for astrophotography of the Moon, planets, or bright and large deep-sky objects.

Two included eyepieces yield magnification of 20x and 50x, and the rack-and-pinion focuser accepts any other 1.25" eyepieces and accessories adding to its versatile nature. An included 45° erect-image diagonal corrects images horizontally and vertically when using the OTA as a spotting scope. The scope is offered without a mount or tripod, but an included Vixen-style dovetail plate makes it compatible with any alt-az or equatorial mount with a Vixen-style saddle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plasticy I have got my product and when opened it feels really like toy. It feels like plastic. The prism came with it- i have used once and replaced with my other older one. Tried to focus on Jupiter- was not possible---also a lots of Chromatic aberration. But , for this price we could not expect more except the focusing problem- should have been able to focus at least. This is the first time I have used iOptron product and this would be the last for long time. If you are looking for your first ever scope- Do NOT buy this- it will end your appetite for night sky observation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Description of the item is wrong and misleading The overview of this telescope says, and what I based my decision to buy upon vs. another simiolar scope, was this: "• Two-speed 1.25" rack-and-pinion focuser" To my dismay, The focuser is NOT a two speed focuser! Very disappointed in this. Not sure if I can get a two-speed retro-fit.
