The 6’ FCS015A-FR Hybrid Fiber Optic Receptacle Breakout Cable SMPTE/ARIB with 6 Connector from Camplex is used for panel mounting in blank panels or as a replacement in hybrid devices. This SMPTE hybrid breakout cable features a Canare FC-Series connector at one end and duplex ST male and copper leads terminated with a 6-pin AMP power connector at the other end. The cable integrates the power line for a TV camera, control line, and optical fiber for video and audio transmission. It adheres to SMPTE standards for HDTV broadcast camera use and is suitable for use in SMPTE rack panels, splice trays, adapters, and wall boxes.
It is assembled with Canare SMPTE standard studio broadcast cable. The cable consists of two single-mode optical fibers and four 20 AWG and two 24 AWG tinned copper conductors cabled around a steel strength element, with an overall tinned copper braid. This general purpose cable is used for studios, patching, and light to medium field use. A flexible PVC blend jacket allows for ease of use within the studio.
