KabukiGlasses KG-L413R overview

  • 1Description

An innovative improvement to conventional opera glasses, the KabukiGlasses 4x13 Theater/Opera Glasses allows you to wear your magnified optic like glasses without the need to manually focus. Utilizing optical glass with a five-element lens system and a compact roof prism optical path they weigh in at only 3.3oz for comfortable long-term use. The oculars are off-set from your face to eliminate eyelash touch, and because they are worn like glasses, they move with you to virtually eliminate image shake. They feature a wide 52° apparent angle of view and are ideal for those with eyesight above 20/100. These KabukiGlasses are made in Japan.

KabukiGlasses KG-L413R reviews

4x13 Theater/Opera Glasses is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where have these been all these years?? #1 I bought these for my father who is sightless in one eye and 20/200 in the other. He reads with a desk top electronic magnifier but cannot see anything out his window. These glasses allow him to see the birds on his birdfeeder and the trees outside his window. We are now filling the bird feeder again! #2 I have always had difficulty looking through opera glasses as I couldn't keep my hands still enough for long enough. These are terrific in that there is no holding them and you can turn your head to look at everything on stage. What a great invention

Rated 5 out of 5 by from KabukiGlasses Are a Must Have I use my purchase of KabukiGlasses at the theater, at sporting events, and at my child's performances. This product is better than I ever imagined, with incredible resolution. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and recommend KabukiGlasses to anyone that goes to the opera, theater, or performance events large or small. The company that produces these is innovative and should be congratulated for their craftsmanship.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very cool product! These binocular eyeglasses are perfectly geared for NY theatregowers! Earns it's own way by enabling purchase of bad, cheap seats, yet always bringing premium intimacy! Lightweight and comfortable. Fixed-position binoculars require a- downward head posture when in balcony- not ideal for long stretches. Main criticism is oversensitivity to every small head movement. Needs giro action. Would love to refer Japanese inventor to a spoon for Parkinson patients wherein bowl stays steady while handle shakes in random fashion. Happy with product. Don't care how strange I look!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best theater binoculars ever Here's why: -You don't have to hold them and try to keep them steady. (as steady as your head) -focus free, no constant fiddling with the fine focus -wide field of view, from our Grand Tier seats,It gets most of the stage in. -excellent optics, no aberrations My drawer loaded with previous binoculars can now be emptied and distributed to the kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable masterpiece This product is a great example of typical Japanese striving to perfection. Being a physicist, I wonder how they managed to fit a system without any chromatic aberrationin intu this compact size! I use Kabuki glasses not only when going to the theatre but also for sightseeing, even at night. Brilliant!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Innovative and amazing! My wife and I love these binoculars! We take KabukiGlasses to concerts and theaters. I really could not imagine how they work. The image is awesome and very clear. Hands-free makes it easy to see the stage without vibration. You really pick up detail that you would otherwise miss due to you hands shaking. I would highly recommend these binoculars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent solution to opera and ballet viewing Excellent product with excellent design.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not as advertised can't change the angle of the lens therefore you can only see forward or slightly upwards and if you're sitting on the lodge your neck will have a neck strain looking at the stage. It would have been nice if I can tilt it down a bit. The magnification is very low that I still cannot identify the faces on stage.
