The 2MP Outdoor HD-TVI Bullet Camera from Hikvision utilizes HD-TVI technology for transmitting high-definition video over standard coaxial cables. Additionally, UTC (Up-the-Coax) technology enables you to control the OSD menu using existing coax cables so that you do not need additional wiring. A 1/3" progressive scan CMOS sensor offers 1080p resolution at 30 fps, and the camera features a 2.8mm fixed lens for a 90° field of view. Integrated IR LEDs provide up to 65' of night vision, even in total darkness.

The onscreen display menu allows you to make quick changes to the resolution and light settings of the camera for increasing image sharpness and brightness. Backlight compensation, digital noise reduction, automatic gain composure, and adjustable white balance features assist in providing clear video footage, regardless of changing light levels. There is a BNC connection for HD analog video output, allowing you to view your live video feed on an HDTV or monitor. The camera comes with an IP66-rated housing that provides protection from ingress of dust and moisture for uninterrupted surveillance in exposed locations.

2MP Outdoor HD-TVI Bullet Camera is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from DOA Twice The first time I received this camera one of the adjustment screw heads was stripped and the camera would not work on any of my existing (have 4) security camera 12V setups so I sent it back for an exchange. The second one would not work either so I returned it for a refund. Hikvision website for this model as zero information on it. Maybe it requires something unique for it to work but darn if I know or could find out. The only positive thing about the experience was the excellent return process B&H has.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sharp HiRes BNC Connection Camera I would give it one more star if the mechanics of the camera allowed for more flexibility in aiming the camera. The camera prevents the user from rotating the lens which was an issue in it's first position mounted on the side of a building and trying to aim it about 45 degrees to one direction had made the view rotate also so we wanted to rotate the lens to compensate for this but there is no way to do this. 2nd issue in mounting was after we changed it's location to give it a better view, the camera limits tilting it too far down (which in our case it would have helped a bit since it was attached to the top of a building looking down). With it's nice wide angle view (I believe about 80 degree wide or so), and sharp picture over BNC and coax made for the perfect solution for older wiring.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HD-TVI DVR that can use old BNC coax wiring system 3 stars in my book is average which isn't bad but isn't great. I currently just installed the system and running a single new Hikvision 2mp Outdoor Hd-Tvi Bullet Camera on this DVR to replace a leg of our older coax wired system. Warning, watch-out during setup and write down that password immediately even if you're just testing the system out, there is no easy way to reset it without calling or emailing the manufacturer support. The integrated software needs an update to the motion detecting interface. Finding a time on the continuous recording section is easy but finding a motion triggered event needs work. The event list should show preview snapshots of what triggered the event as well as the time it happened. The interface in general is fine but I really like the idea of the jog shuttle control on the front of the unit. Wish it would work forwards and reverse but it only works up to 8x speed forward.
