Nature, wildlife, and travel photographers packing camera gear, accessories, and personal items for their next adventure will appreciate the black Photo Sport BP 300 AW II from Lowepro. The BP 300 AW II features a zippered side compartment with a removable, equipment insert for storing a pro DSLR, 2-3 lenses, and flash. This insert has thick interior padding, and a touch-fastening divider for organizing your gear. Under the insert lid are two slip-in memory card pockets. The gray interior facilitates locating your gear in low light. The large weather flap lifts to reveal a top storage compartment, which closes with a cinch strap for added protection. Store your bike helmet, light jacket and other items requiring quick access inside the exterior front pocket.

Is the hydration compartment on this bigger than the photosport 200? Both say they'll fit a 2L, but I find the BP 200 very tight.
Yes the hydration compartment would be larger in this bag over the Photo Sport BP 300 AW II.

Will a Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 IS II USM fit in this ...
Will a Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 IS II USM fit in this bag with a body (760D) plus smaller wide angle lens?
No, it will not fit. Your camera with smaller lens attached and another lens will fit in the padded photo pocket. The 70-200 would have to be carried in the top pocket that is only padded on the bottom. Then it would take up available space for jacket, food, etc. There is no way to fit the 70-200 attached to your camera in the photo pocket, even if you didn't place another lens in that pocket. If you removed the tripod foot, you might be able to squeeze the 70-200 and your camera body in that pocket but not with them attached.

I know it already says no,but I'm curious if the combo changes it. Any way D850 with a battery grip and standard 50 connected along with a 14-24 could work? Or possibly detaching and just throw the grip up top with a flash. Just need something for my bike so the satchel is straining on my shoulder.
Taking off the grip or the lens would work

Would it fit a Nikon with a 18-300 lens and a battery pack on it?
Yes. I carry a D7200 with a 17-50 sigma, 11-16 tokina and the Nikon 35mm 1.8. There is an adjustable & removable divider thats quite helpful to help you pack your gear as you see fit.
