Details of the two diversity receivers are given below

This will work for the receiver that is in this frequency range .The other is no longer supported and should no longer be used.

No. It attaches to the circuit board differently and it is not tuned to that frequency range, I do not believe.

Yes, the Sennheiser MFR # 575297 antenna is compatible with the ew G4 series as well as ew G3 series bodypack transmitters and receivers that operate within the 486 to 558 MHz frequency band. As long as your wireless mic system operates within this range, this antenna will work. If the frequency band for your system operates within a different range you will need a different antenna.
