Providing a comprehensive set of supplies for first aid and trauma care in the field, the Sportsman Bighorn Medical Kit from Adventure Medical Kits is designed for those who find themselves off the beaten path. Whether you're alone or in a group of up to 7 people, this is one pack you'll want to be sure to bring along on trips lasting 1-7 days. It is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need to treat serious injuries when you are far from medical care facilities. Contents are neatly stored in a durable orange bag with two carry handles.

The kit offers 11 adhesive bandages, 6 sterile dressings, and a detachable field trauma kit equipped with a QuikClot clotting sponge, EMT shears, a CPR face shield, and much more. Additionally, the Bighorn contains a moleskin blister/burn dressing and a bandage for fractures and sprains. You'll also find 2 disposable thermometers and 2 syringes, as well as aspirin, ibuprofen, after bite wipes, and antihistamine. The supplied iodine, antiseptic wipes, and antibiotic ointment help prevent infection. To help hold bandages in place and for myriad other uses, the Sportsman Bighorn includes a roll of trusty duct tape, too.

Rounding out the kit is a comprehensive guide to wilderness and travel medicine. This, along with the supplied instructions for administering medicine and caring for wounds, provides essential information that can help save lives out in the wild.
