    58-67mm Step-Up Ring is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works. It's allowed me to use my Zeiss Softars on my most used lens (a Zeiss 28mm). Given that the Softars are no longer available new, and almost impossible to find in a 58mm thread, the step up filter has proved a worthwhile investment. The only reason I've given it four stars instead of five, is the price. There's no reason that a little threaded piece of brass should cost more than ten bucks. Nonetheless, it is significantly cheaper than Heliopan's offering, and so if you prefer brass to aluminum, it's the only sensible option. Even if you aren't looking to use a real rarity like the Softars, a step up filter is a good way to get double duty out of a single filter. Be warned though, many lens hoods obviously won't work in conjunction with this setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it's supposed to What can I say. It does what it's supposed to do. It does not feel plasticky and cheap. If I need another one I would come back to B+W again for these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a money saver! I have a Mamiya 7 and the lenses are either 67 or 58mm. Instead of buying filters for each lens, which would be expensive, I got this step up ring. I buy 67mm filters now and use the step up ring on my 58mm lenses. This ingenius little device is a really effective way of maximizing on what you have and saving money. I also carry fewer filters around.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Macro light and zoom I got the 58 - 67 step up to try attaching Canon's MT-24EX Macro Twin Lite to the front of the 70-300mm Zoom. Bad idea! The weight of the light put excessive pressure on the zoom mechanism. Successful experiment! That's why the 100mm Macro is built like a tank. The B+W step-up mated perfectly with the Canon attachment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy I have an expensive set of 67mm infra-red filters. Step-up rings allows me to use them on lenses with smaller diameters saving me money. This one is more expensive than the general brand, but the brass construction shows off, making it much sturdier and more precisely fitting than the alluminum ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! I was looking to consolidate all of my lenses to 67mm threads when someone told me about this. A little more expensive and does what the cheaper ones do, but for a few dollars more you get a nice quality. Can't argue with that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Rings that I have ever used I use step up ring on all my lens so that I can share the same 72MM filters. These rings are the best that I have found. The threads are machines perfect and they do not bind and are very strong.
