Well made, but for lap use it fails in 3 basic ways

First of all, making a tablet holder is no easy feat. and there are no really good solutions. But this one 1) Doesn't hold tablet filmly. There is no clamp or strap. 2) Requires that you hold it with one hand. So not much different than NOT having a holder. Other tablet stands give you an almost hands free experience 3) Pricey. Clamp Champion Pro looks goofy but works well
