The DB-90 Dr. Beat features a rhythm coach function with an onboard mic, a reference-tone function for tuning, an instrument input, MIDI input, and other handy tools to make learning fun and effective. Some other features include the following: Quick rhythm customizing with Note Mixing function, dedicated Sliders, Buttons, Rotary Dial, and a large backlit LCD for user-friendly operation.

In addition, there are four metronome sounds including a human voice-counting sound. A Reference Tone function makes it easy to verify tuning by ear. The DB-90 is built with inputs jacks for guitar and bass instruments that let you monitor the instruments using standard headphones.

Finally, the DB-90 Dr. Beat includes a soft case, a 9V battery, and a BOSS M8 nut so you can attach it to a cymbal stand (sold separately).
