    Plantronics C325-M reviews

Blackwire 325 Binaural Headset (Microsoft) is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from NICE! This is a very nice headset. I use a similar set at work but they are MONO. These are stereo. The mic seems to be pretty sensitive. I had a family member tell me the sound was a bit muffled so I moved the mic further away from the corner of my mouth and then they said it was fine. Perhaps I need to adjust the mic volume a bit. The best feature is that you can connect it either to your cell phone or your computer. Light weight, can wear it for hours. Comfortable ear pads. Sleek design. Comes with a carrying pouch. Professionally engineered. High quality. Just about as good as anyone can make them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I expected I had previously used a Plantronics Blackwire C310-M headset for at least 5+ years and never had a problem with the quality & was very pleased with it. However, I guess it finally wore out because the mic function started to fail & I had to jiggle the mic boom in order for people to hear me. Because of my satisfaction with my previous headset, I decided to try the Blackwire C315-M headset. I've only used it a couple of days, but am extremely pleased so far with the performance & comfort. I frequently use my headset for multiple hours at a time, so performance & comfort are very important. I've only used the headset with my cell phone once, but that also seemed to work fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Skip the 300s and go for 200s or 600s We ordered the 300s when our supplier was unable to obtain additional C-210M. They are horrible, they pick up back ground noise from the office and are hard to hear on. The 200s and 600s we have are a much better quality and have not had any of the problems with them that we've had with the 300s. We had to send the whole lot back because of the issue, and we tested more than one to make sure that it wasn't an issue of getting one that was defective.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Distracting, unimpressive, minimally sufficient Setup is simple, plug it in and everything is working.  The audio quality is ok.  Volume is low, my ancient headphones have better sound, and when the microphone is on, if my breathing isn't silent I can hear it. The biggest problem is the mute notification that cannot be disabled.  Every 15 minutes, there is a loud beep (louder than anything I'm listening to) reminding me that my microphone is muted.  It is totally unnecessary (there is a red light on the unit showing mute, an icon in my application showing I'm muted, a light on my laptop showing I'm muted, and I'm no longer able to hear my own breathing) and extremely distracting when I'm in a conference call. After multiple calls to support, I have determined that Plantronics considers this problem to be a feature, and provides no way to disable it.  The Spokes software will recognize the headset, but there are no device settings for it.  Until this is corrected, I highly recommend choosing a different headset.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yeah. All righty, I bought these headphones 320-M. I saw some negative reviews on it, but I decided to give it a chance. With a little bit of background tweaking in the audio department/section of my computer, they sound like HD headphones. The headset is soft, it doesn't over heat, the microphone is a little fuzzy, other than that they are good headphones.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Fully functional This headset is listed as Skype/Lync compatabile. It works crystal clear on skype. However, if I run it on my computer through a soft phone, a Zoom meeting etc, it sound like I am in a tunnel. I trouble shot this with a technician and could not resolve my issue. They forwarded to level 2 engineering and have not received any response after a week- still waiting....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as advertised Great quality for the price. I appreciate the mini-jack/USB port flexibility. Plan on buying 2 more for my team.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love My New Headset I bought this wired headset to use with my cell phone so I can have my hands free and feel like I'm not nuking my brain. It works great for that purpose. I only wish I could mute and change the volume using the headset controls but that only works with the USB connection. So far I'm very pleased with the quality and sound production of the headset. People I've spoken to since I got it said I come through very clearly, better than talking on the phone directly.
