Just great! I bought one to go on a mic stand so I could attach my Rode VideoMicro to it.

Longer threads on both male and female end than most other brands. Also, flat finish, no reflections that other brands that are chrome plated might produce. Perfect.
The product works better for me because it has a longer 3/8 tip so I can use it to bolt lights to a mic stand, and the black color hides better on stage.
